Most staff are friendly and helpful. The rate is not expensive. The breakfast is great.
One staff is a little aggressive. The room should be more clean, e.g., the entrance of air-conditioner.

It's expensive to include the breakfast during our stay there.

The location is spot on, with the metro station right at the hotel entrance. My room offered a fine view of the Huangpu River, and the bed was super comfy. I loved the breakfast variety. They served both Chinese and intercontinental options, a good surprise! The staff tried their best to be helpful, even if their English skills weren't perfect. The room had a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke despite the no smoking policy. The check-in process took longer than expected due to paperwork. Some facilities looked dated, and the carpet had noticeable wear and tear. It's a hotel with great potential, but it could definitely use some refurbishment.

The metro line 4 is on the next side of the street from the hotel.
The hotel staff was really not friendly and not helpfull. In my opinion they even dont know what good services mean or should be. After that, room was smelly as some grandmas old house or something.. Wifi costs ~20USD per day. There are no any dining or shopping options around the hotel so either you have to stay at hotel facilities or go somewhere by metro or taxi, which is annoying sometimes. Definately very poor price/quality ratio and will never come back there again.

With 20 family members, we had a blast visiting the Shanghai Disney Resort, just a short trip away. The location was super convenient, with a metro station literally right outside. Our Beautiful Double Room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely city view.
My wife says that the hotel's amenities, especially for kids, fell short.

The location is convenient, with the metro station right next to the hotel. It is also near the Puding Avenue area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel is away from the city center, but close to the airport, making it a convenient choice for those traveling by air. The rooms are comfortable, with large bathrooms and a bathtub. The staff at reception and the concierge provide a good impression and make check-in smooth.
The amenities in the room, such as the coffee and tea, could be improved.

I stayed at The Eton Hotel for a year and loved it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offered great amenities like a workout area, breakfast buffet, and a beautiful swimming pool. I highly recommend the Executive Rooms for the upper lounge area. The location was also convenient, with a Metro stop right across the street and easy access to taxis for getting around.
